- Please ensure to write correct email-id during checkout, as all tickets are emailed to you after successful payments.
- Please carry a valid ID proof along with a valid ticket.
- We Are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
- Organizers/Venues can add or remove vouchers and brands. They are the sole decision-makers for distributing vouchers/brands based on ticket value and sale cost
- People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
- Please review the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets that are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.
- Kids below 5 - 12 years are only considered under a kid ticket category.
- Gift vouchers come with terms and conditions set by the brands for redemption.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Every gift voucher carries specific terms and conditions established by the brands. These conditions apply when availing of discounts during your usage or redemption.
- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
- Alcohol will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on a display of valid age proof.
- Organizers/Venues are solely responsible for the service, availability and quality of the events including all or any cancellations/modifications/complaints.
- No Open Pack of cigarettes or any illicit drugs or prohibited substances will be allowed at the venue and if found will be dealt with legally by handing over the matter to the local authorities.
